Replacement policy: The customer has the right to request a product replacement within one week from the date of receiving the order. The product must be in good condition and unused, and the original labels and packaging must be present. If the customer wishes to replace the product, they must contact customer service to initiate the replacement process. The replaced goods will be shipped using the same method used for the original shipment. We will not issue another shipping policy until the replacement shipment is received and its condition is verified. Return policy: The customer has the right to request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. Return fee is 20 Riyals for orders from inside Saudi Arabia (the cost of returning the product from the customer to the store only). The customer will bear the cost of sending the products to the site and the shipping fee or delivering it to the delivery agent unless the error is due to the site management. The refunded amount will be returned according to the payment method used in the original order. The return may take from one to 14 days depending on the bank’s policy or the payment method used.
